🌟 Your Mission

We're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to help shape the experience of a new subscription-based puzzle game platform designed especially for women 30+. You’ll lead the UX and UI design of our mobile app, including the web landing experience, and create delightful in-app moments, from game discovery to subscription flows and daily engagement.

You should be confident designing for mobile (iOS/Android), experienced with web design, and ideally have some familiarity with Unity. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and game producers to ensure our app not only looks beautiful, but feels intuitive, relaxing, and joyful to use.

🎮 What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the end-to-end UX/UI design of our mobile app, from wireframes and flows to polished UI and animations
• Design user-centric interfaces for core app features: onboarding, mood-based discovery of games, subscription flows, and daily play loops
• Ability to prototype and iterate gathering feedback to refine your designs
• Work closely with Unity developers to implement and polish your designs, bonus if you can tweak directly in Unity
• Collaborate on the creation of web landing pages that convert visitors into free trial users
• Craft in-app web views for the ecosystem’s games including subscription and free trial conversion points, account management and promotional content
• Collaborate with user testing and usability validation to iterate on designs with real feedback
• Partner with product and growth teams to design for experiments (A/B tests) and optimize conversion.
• Maintain and evolve our design system and brand guidelines to ensure a consistent and delightful experience across all touch points.

🧠 What You Bring

• 5+ years of UX/UI experience, with a strong portfolio in mobile app design (iOS and Android)
• Experience designing consumer-facing apps, ideally with subscription elements
• Knowledge of casual gaming engagement loops is a plus.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe CC, and modern design/prototyping tools
• Comfortable designing responsive landing pages and light web experiences
• Strong understanding of user psychology and accessibility, especially for a diverse, female-first audience
• Ability to translate strategy into user-friendly flows with minimal supervision
• Great communicator and collaborator, comfortable working across product, growth, and development
• Great communication skills in English

Bonus/good to have:

• Familiarity with Unity UI, or ability to work directly in Unity is a major plus
• Familiarity with version control tools such as git.
• Experience working on subscription-based products
