GameHouse has been building and publishing games for 25+ years, and we were early pioneers in subscription gaming for women 30+. That experience gives us a clear point of view: our players don’t come to GH+ for hype, pressure, or endless grind — they come for a reliable daily moment that feels good.
GameHouse+ (GH+) is a premium mobile gaming service for women 30+, offering a curated, high-quality experience designed for “Play Your Way” enjoyment. Players can choose ad-free access with a subscription or play with ads, while still getting calm, emotionally satisfying entertainment focused on stress relief and mental stimulation — built to respect their time, mood, and daily life.
As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll work closely with small, cross-functional teams to help us understand our players and make better decisions across our subscription-based gaming ecosystem. Our setup is flat and collaborative. You won’t be a “report factory,” and you won’t work in isolation. Instead, you’ll partner day-to-day with Product, Game Teams, Growth, and LiveOps to explore questions together and turn data into shared understanding.
Our ecosystem includes a catalog of 100+ games and a central discovery app, so your work will span individual games, cross-game journeys, and the overall subscriber experience.
Understand Our Subscribers: Explore how players discover games, engage with content, move across the catalog, and decide to stay (or leave). Use data to surface insights that improve retention and long-term value.
Portfolio & Cross-Game Thinking: Look beyond single games to understand how the catalog works as a whole, what players play together, how discovery happens, and how different titles contribute to overall engagement.
Discovery & Platform Insights: Help teams improve the central app experience by analyzing non-linear funnels, recommendations, cross-promotion, etc.
Experimentation Together: Design and analyze A/B tests with product and game teams to learn what works, share results openly, and iterate quickly.
Turn Data into Stories: Communicate findings in a clear, approachable way. Help teams and leaders understand not just what happened, but why it matters.
Dashboards That People Actually Use: Build and maintain dashboards that give teams visibility into subscriber and game health without needing an analyst in the room.
Learn and Build as a Team: Collaborate with other analysts, data scientists, and engineers on deeper analytical projects, and be generous in sharing knowledge and best practices.
Support a Data-Literate Culture: Help colleagues become more confident with data, metrics, and experimentation.
We’re looking for someone who is analytically strong, curious, and kind; someone who enjoys solving problems with others and is comfortable working across multiple products and domains.
Experience: Several years working in data analytics, product analytics, or a similar role, ideally with subscription products, games, or consumer apps.
Strong Foundations: Advanced SQL and solid R/Python skills for exploratory analysis and statistical work.
Experimentation Know-How: Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests; good understanding of applied statistics. Bayesian and sequential testing experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Visualization & BI: Comfortable building clear, useful dashboards in tools like Looker, Metabase, Periscope or similar.
Product & Player Mindset: You care about the player experience and can think at both the individual game and portfolio level.
Clear, Inclusive Communicator: Able to explain insights to different audiences and create space for discussion and learning.
Pragmatic & Impact-Focused: You balance rigor with speed and know when “good enough” is the right call.
Collaborative by Nature: You enjoy helping teammates, asking questions, and learning from others. We value how we work together as much as what we deliver.
